Gatesman, one of the fastest-growing, privately owned marketing communications agencies in the U.S., announced today the appointment of Jenn Miller as VP of analytics and Aleya Crable Jennings as AVP, group account director. The hirings support the agency’s commitment to investing in and attracting top talent. The agency has been focused on cultivating a diverse team of strategists, builders and storytellers with a breadth and depth of skills that can deliver innovative solutions to clients.

Miller brings more than 12 years of experience in data mining and statistical analysis, having held leadership positions at PNC, American Eagle Outfitters and American Greetings. In her most recent role, as VP, senior manager of quantitative analytics, Miller was selected as one of 50 PNC employees to participate in its Accelerator program created to develop high-potential talent. At Gatesman, Miller will use her expertise to demonstrate the value of business intelligence and data analytics through customer segmentation, predictive modeling, campaign hindsighting and campaign forecasting.
Crable Jennings returns to Gatesman after gaining experience at financial brand, PNC where she was responsible for multi-channel brand strategy, advertising and communications. During her time there, she played a key role in launching two new and successful brand campaigns for award-winning mobile banking products. Crable Jennings returns as a five-year veteran of Gatesman and will assume responsibilities leading the SHOP ‘n SAVE retail account as well as S&T Bank.
