Recognized during the agency’s all-employee meeting in December, these honors celebrate team members who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and exemplified Gatesman’s core values in remarkable ways.

Noah Ross, senior digital marketing analyst, was honored with the 2024 Rising Star Award in recognition of his exceptional contributions and growth within the agency. This award highlights a team member under 30 with fewer than four years of agency experience who stands out for their dedication, skill and impact. Known for his strong analytical abilities, consistent delivery of outstanding results and collaborative spirit, Noah has proven himself an invaluable member of the team.

As a long-standing member of the team, Melissa consistently delivers innovative solutions and fosters collaboration, making her an invaluable part of Gatesman’s success.

The Plus It Up Award honors a team member with four or more years of industry experience who exemplifies progress and creativity, standing out as a leader in both their primary role and extracurricular activities.
