Beth has been instrumental in integrating dynamic human resources initiatives into the strategic goals of the organization — improving operations, boosting employee satisfaction, and keeping the agency on the cutting edge of what’s next and new to attract talent. An active and accredited member of both the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Pittsburgh Human Resources Association (PHRA), Beth has dedicated more than a decade to building a robust corporate culture that promotes continuous personal, professional, and agency growth for our teams.
Beth’s superpower is building bridges and strategies that solve both business and people challenges. She is a results-focused leader whose impact can be seen in the HR infrastructure she built — ensuring compliance, employee relations, retention, benefits planning and administration, organizational development, change management, and training. She earned her Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Robert Morris University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations with minors in Human Resources and Marketing from Westminster College. When Beth is not working to solve people or organizational challenges, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Blair, son, Brooks, and dog, Daisy. Oh yeah, and she also enjoys planning a good party and finds fun in building balloon arches. If you know her, chances are she will eventually make you one!
